Do you use the same cleaning method on every surface?
No. Different exterior surfaces can require different cleaning methods. Depending on the material, condition, and type of buildup, the appropriate approach may include low-pressure soft washing, controlled pressure cleaning, cleaning solutions, or a combination of methods.
Is pressure washing safe for every exterior surface?
No. More pressure is not always better. Some surfaces require lower pressure and specialized cleaning methods to reduce the risk of damage. We consider the surface and its condition before determining an appropriate cleaning approach.
Can exterior cleaning remove every stain or discoloration?
Not always. Professional exterior cleaning can significantly improve many surfaces, but permanent staining, oxidation, weathering, failed finishes, existing surface damage, oil staining, rust, or other conditions may remain after cleaning.

TLC Pressure Washing provides custom quotes rather than preset packages. Pricing depends on the surfaces being cleaned, their condition, accessibility, surrounding property, type of buildup, and the actual scope of work needed.
Do I need to be home while the work is performed?
Usually not. As long as we have safe access to the areas being serviced and any necessary water connections, you generally do not need to be present while the work is performed.
What should I do before my cleaning appointment?
Please make sure we have access to the areas included in the work. Depending on the project, we may also discuss moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, or other items that could interfere with access to the surfaces being cleaned.
What if I have a concern after the work is completed?
We want you to be satisfied with the completed work before payment is expected. If you have a concern, we want the opportunity to look at it and address anything that can reasonably be improved.
Do you offer preset cleaning packages?
No. Every property and exterior cleaning project is different. We provide custom quotes based on the property, surfaces, conditions, accessibility, and actual work needed.
